Phoenix Utilities Ltd has been appointed to supply gas and electricity infrastructure for a number of Springfield developments across Scotland.
Springfield, one of Scotland’s leading private and affordable Housebuilder, hired subcontractors, Phoenix Utilities Ltd, to install the gas and electric infrastructure for over 200 homes just off Glenalmond Road in Rattray.
Construction commenced in February this year with Phoenix contracted for the next 5 years of the project.
Phoenix Utilities Ltd has also been identified as the utility contractor to work on a new 3,000 home Springfield village to the south of Elgin.
The work will help deliver an entirely new village just outside of Elgin, complete with a range of houses, a new school, shops and open spaces.
